Faster than writing in
Most account questions are answered by a page you can already open.
- Employer verification — the current state of your review, the documents received, and any note an administrator left.
- Billing — your plan, which you can cancel at the end of the period you paid for or resume, and Stripe for your payment method and invoices.
- Profile & CV — your details, your CV, and whether employers can find you.
- Applications — every application you have sent, and where each one stands.
- Employer dashboard — your listings and the people who applied to them.
Writing about a listing
If a listing looks wrong, expired or fraudulent, report it. When you are signed in as a job seeker, open the listing and choose Report this job; the safety page says how reports work. You can also write to us with the address of the listing page and say what is wrong with it. A listing leaves the board by itself when its end date passes. Listings belong to the employer that posted them, so a correction usually means asking that employer to edit or close the listing; an administrator can also withdraw an employer's verification, which takes their listings out of public search.
Data and deletion requests
You can remove your own CV from your profile, and an employer can remove a verification document they uploaded until the company is approved, after which its documents are locked. You can delete your whole account yourself: Profile, then Delete account (a company's owner: the Company page); the delete account page lists the steps. An application sent without an account can be removed by asking at the address above. The privacy notice lists everything the site stores.
Security problems
You can report a security problem through this page, using the address above. Do not test on other people's accounts or data.
No phone line, no postal address
This board is run over email only. Any phone number or postal address presented as ours did not come from us.
